Meet Dr. Smith
We are excited to announce that Elevations WellnessCenter is now the home of Lion Heart Medical Center withDr. Tamara Smith, ND, a board-certified licensednaturopathic doctor.
She recently moved to Big Bear after practicing in LA foralmost 20 years and works with both adults and children,treating conditions of the immune, neurological, hormonaland gastrointestinal systems. Examples includeautoimmune disease, GI disorders, anxiety anddepression, autism, hormonal imbalance, thyroid disease,microbiome imbalance and environmental toxicity.
She views each patient as a unique individual and spendsquality time with them performing a deep and thoroughintake, using functional testing and creating treatmentplans based on their unique needs. Therapies she usesinclude botanical medicine, targeted nutrients, hormonereplacement, homeopathic medicine and therapeutic diets.
